Good material, good thickness. You will like itIt is very nice, light weight, and very high quality. I like it too much!I got this mat to use to work out, when I do floor exercises or stretches. This mat is lightweight yet durable. It is comfortable when I’m laying on it and I don’t feel like I’m laying on the hard floor when I’m using it. It’s also super easy to roll back up when I’m done using it and it’s got carrying straps that fit nice and snug around the mat. The material is flexible and overall a great mat. I got the green color and it’s exactly like the picture. I would definitely recommend this yoga mat to anyone looking for a yoga mat or a place to do floor exercises.
