I use this as the main hitting area for my simulator. 5x5 gives me plenty of room to work with. It also allows for lefties and righties. I’ve played 7-10 rounds and hours of driving range time and it still looks brand new. It’s not cheap but I expect this to last a long time.Has worked really well for the last couple months. No scuffing of green on my clubs and seems very sturdy so far. I’ve used about 4 days a week. Comes with 3 different tees.I got the 3x5 and it has worked well for me.One piece of advice is with the small one it does shift enough during the downswing to have the ball move when on pavement. I weigh it down with a couple weights and completely corrected the problem. I would buy again.Great hitting mat. Very durable and even better quality than I expected. I can tell it is going to last a long time. I got the 3x5 but I wish I would have gotten the 5x5. Either way, it was an excellent purchase.After compared and studied all the golf mats at different size and prices, I finally decided to get a try on this. Because of the pandemic, I prefer to get a professional grade mat for home golf practice as used on driving range. This is the one I was looking for. The mat is over an inch thick and ready to use as open the package. The pad looks durable and long lasting compared to the cheap ones. Exactly of what I see on driving range and I believe this can be leave outside in all-weather condition. Swing on the mat hundreds of balls a day, after 1-week use, I do not see any wear or tear on the mat. The bonus gift is an extra, rubber tee, plastic tees and golf balls. Overall, this is a good investment for backyard mat.All the pictures make it look to be a full size mat for $40, but the is ONLY the 12 INCH x 24 INCH. It is marked in the post correctly when you buy it but do NOT be fooled like me and be deceived by the pictures. I will be returning mine as I only bought this one as I thought it was a full size one.I am very pleased with the superior quality, especially the non-marring fibers that don’t leave a residue on my clubs. I’ve only had it for a month so far and I have not seen the slightest bit of wear in the typical area of impact.I love it when I make a good purchase, this mat is great, it is very durable and comfortable. to stand on. I went with the 3' by 5' and it seems like plenty of mat for my practicing.Excellent product use it daily even after playing if I need to work on something. The material is much better than pieces of astroturf which I have used in the past quite expensive to buy but clearly very durable after by now several hundred hits both on grass and concrete there’s not a mark on it .
